Becky looks after existing client & communication management and develops new business through business development strategies.
​In charge of seeking out new partnerships, sponsorship and licensing deals with corporates. ​As well as manages the relationships of clients from multiple accounts. Part of her job also is to liaise and communicate with press on projects for brand exposure. ​

Monique McPherson (She/Her)
Monique is a multi-disciplinary creative and Senior Maker. With a broad range of skill sets Monique has been dubbed the "queen of the machine", which her fast and accurate sewing skills and ability to create and construct any piece given to her.
With an extensive background in fashion, pattern cutting and evening & bridal wear Monique has worked for a number of luxury brands. Providing industry guidance, creative flare and knowledge to help emerging brand succeed.
Born and raised in London of Caribbean decent Moniques creative work has been seen on the likes of Rita Ora with connections to the London College of Fashion.

Macy O'Grady. (She/Her)
Macy is a sociable individual with a creative soul. Her insight into the industry began as a costume volunteer for the opening and closing ceremonies at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Having studied Fashion Design at college, Macy was able to enhance her understanding of sewing, garment construction and pattern cutting.
In December 2022, Macy became a dresser for Dreamgirls at The Alexandra Theatre in her home town, assisting cast members in and out of their costumes amongst other roles. Since finishing Dreamgirls, Macy has dressed on The King and I and Annie.

Vic Aubrey (Them/They)
For the last 10 years Vic has gained a wealth of experience within the costume industry. From working at one of the worlds biggest costume houses, Angels as an Assistant Production Coordinator to the Royal Opera House.
Vic has managed roles from supervising to making. A skilled maker with high end hand workmanship. Vic is able to lend their skills to a variety of specialists from period costume, victorian to tailoring and fantasy.
